Eastern Shawnee Companies (ESC) is pleased to announce the addition of Craig Erlandson as Director of Business Development Operations.
Craig brings more than two decades of experience leading federal operations, portfolio management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and business operations across government contracting organizations supporting both Department of Defense and civilian agency clients. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen operational performance, improve forecasting accuracy, align business development with delivery teams, and implement scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
In his new role, Craig will oversee business development operations, including CRM implementation and administration, pipeline reporting, forecasting, bid-decision processes, and coordination between business development and operations teams. His leadership will help ensure visibility into opportunity pipelines, strengthen decision-making processes, and support ESC’s continued growth strategy.
Prior to joining ESC, Craig served in leadership positions with NV5 Geospatial, Axim Geospatial, Geographic Information Services, and AECOM. He has managed multimillion-dollar federal services portfolios, led forecasting and financial planning initiatives, supported acquisition integrations, developed FAR-compliant pricing strategies, and implemented performance management systems that improved operational visibility and accountability.
“Craig’s experience building disciplined operational processes and connecting business development strategy with execution makes him an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” said Judy Reagan, Chief Operating Officer. “His expertise will help us strengthen our growth infrastructure while maintaining the responsiveness and client focus that define our organization.”
Craig’s background includes expertise in federal contract operations, pipeline forecasting, executive reporting, resource planning, proposal pricing strategy, and organizational scaling within government contracting environments.
“As we continue building a diversified portfolio of businesses that create long-term value for the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, investments in talented leaders and scalable processes remain essential,” said Matt Metcalf, Chief Executive Officer. “Craig’s experience and leadership will help position us for continued success.”
