Eastern Shawnee Companies (ESC) is pleased to announce Ron McCutcheon as General Manager, strengthening the company’s leadership team as ESC continues to expand its federal contracting capabilities and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
McCutcheon brings more than 30 years of experience spanning federal program and contract management, engineering, business development, client relations, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has supported complex federal programs and contracts for agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
In his role as General Manager, McCutcheon will lead ESC’s growth strategy and business development efforts, with responsibility for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, developing capture and win strategies, strengthening relationships with clients and strategic partners, and guiding major pursuits from qualification through award.
Working closely with ESC’s business development, proposal, operations and executive leadership teams, he will help ensure the company’s growth efforts remain focused, competitive and aligned with ESC’s long-term objectives.

McCutcheon’s previous leadership experience includes oversight of federal programs and IDIQ contracts, contract negotiation and administration, client relationship management, resource planning and business development. His experience working across both program delivery and business development provides a valuable perspective as ESC continues building its federal portfolio.
