Eastern Shawnee Professional Services (ESPS) is proud to announce that Senior Project Manager Ryan Stobaugh, PE, has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Oklahoma. This credential strengthens ESPS’s growing engineering footprint across the region and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant, and mission-focused infrastructure solutions for our clients.
Ryan is a seasoned engineer and project manager with more than 14 years of experience leading civil and structural projects for federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers. He is currently managing the Buxton Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) Interim Response Action (IRA) contract. His portfolio also includes work on levee systems, stormwater infrastructure, dams, structural retrofits, site development, and large-scale construction efforts for agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
With licensure now in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, Ryan’s expanded credentials allow ESPS to more fully support the needs of federal, tribal, and state partners—especially as we continue growing our project activity in Oklahoma, the home of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.
“Ryan’s expertise and professionalism elevate the technical capacity of our organization,” said Matt Metcalf, Chief Executive Officer for Eastern Shawnee Companies. “His Oklahoma licensure enhances ESPS’s ability to deliver critical infrastructure projects across the region.”
Congratulations to Ryan on this significant achievement. His dedication to ongoing professional development contributes to ESPS’s continued growth and strengthens the engineering support we provide to our clients and communities.
